February 2025
We are proud to announce that Dr. Umamaheswara Rao Tida has received the prestigious NSF CAREER Award to support research on advanced CAD tools for Monolithic 3D ICs and Machine Learning hardware at NDSU.
June 2025
Dr. Tida received an NSF IRES grant with the role of Co-PI, supporting international research experiences in advanced CAD methodologies and Machine Learning hardware.
March 2025
Dr. Tida received an NSF grant with the role of Co-PI to investigate novel, low-cost, viral-free manufacturing strategies for CAR T-cell therapies. This research focuses on developing distributed, mRNA-based methods to engineer Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cells without viral gene transfer, aiming to reduce costs and improve safety for advanced cell-based cancer treatments.
